Mike provided excellent service and communication. He made sure his team wrapped items and stacked boxes properly. He could be reached via cell phone reliably. He was also pleasant to work with, and I would definitely book and recommend him for future moves.

For: 1 Bedroom Apartment - mostly boxes

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I had requested the TSP's license and contact info for his insurance policy, and he had offered to provide it yesterday but didn't get around to doing so. I'm not sure what the issue was, but today the TSP requested the cancellation, saying he could not pick up my shipment due to a family emergency in TX. I'm sorry to hear that... God bless.
