I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment I can not do this shipment due to a financial hardship at home and not having the funds to make this trip from Colorado to Florida.I asked the customer if he could pay me 50% in advance so I could do this for him and he would not ddue to the fact that I do NOT have Insurance and I talked w/the customer by phone this AM and we decided it was BEST to cancel.This customer accepted my bid before i even had a chance to respond to his question.The customer feels in NO way is this cancellation his faul

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After we accepted the bid the shipper asked to change the terms of the agreement. We didn't not accept these changes so the shipment must be canceled and re-listed. This has caused us some delays due to the re-listing which are unfortunate. When we accept a bid, we expect the terms to be valid as per the description in the shippers proposed bid.

I understand this and I EXPLAINED the situation to this customer and he showed NO understanding.FYI: this customer is OUT of the U.S so communication may be SLOW w/him.
