The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The provider had some kind of accident and was unable to pick up at the agreed upon time and for second attempt for pick up he did not call back to reschedule as he said he would. I tried to contact him and left a message after I had called a couple times. After about a week I thought he wasn't going to call back and decided I needed to find other arrangements to transport my shipment.

The shipment was picked up on time and delivered on time but the bid details called for a covered cargo trailer. The shipper arrived with a pickup truck hauling a boat behind it. The only place left for our household goods was inside the boat, so this was not the protection we anticipated from the bid details.
