The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
DO NOT use this shipper unless you are ready for a ton of excuses and lies. I booked his services 5 weeks ago and my boat was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I guess he got tired of lying on the phone and would only communicate through email for the last week. Told me again he would pick up my boat today and deliver tomorrow...didn't show up to pick it up (no surprise here, I already bet my husband he wouldn't show!) I wish I could have given a positive feedback but as my listing had been listed as urgent and had a pickup date of 11/2 - 11/6, I was less than happy with the number of excuses given for the delay. Ultimately, the trailer was picked up on 11/9 and delivered in the evening on 11/10. I had responded to the bid offering within a few hours but waited almost 1 week before any action other than excuses occured. Thanks for getting my home to me in good order.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The shipper cost me thousand of dollars in delays, lies and damages. when I accepted his offer he stated in writting by email that he will pick up the boat in the next few days. 5 weeks later, no return calls and no pick up. Shipper took $600 via bank wire from me and never returned the amount.The marina closed its doors and the boat was damaged for not being winteized and the shipper delays and constant lies.

Response from yomanracing: $600 returned to the customer as services were not rendered. No issues with returning customers down payment. DID have a few issues with how the customer treated us. DID take five weeks but the customer recieved phone calls for the first three. Stopped communication due to aggressiveness. Refuse to degrade the customer in response as this would be stooping to his level. All said, customer should have had his boat winterized when first listing boat. This was early fall in Chicago and very cold

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The Service Provider was unable to tow my trailer. He did attempt to place my sailboat on his trailer but would not fit. The Provider made 3 attempts to pick up my shipment but was unable to succeed. There appeared to be a problem with my trailer but I was not there.
