The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
His truck electrical system wouldn't work & he could not get it fixed on Sat.

My truck electrical was fine as I had just unhitched from the 4 boat trailers just 2 hours prior to arrival for pickup of the horse trailer. The electrical problem was in the trailer and I refuse to haul trailers that dont have legal lighting and reliable electrical systems. I am sure that the shipper would agree that my communication of the issue was prompt and that I spent an hour of my time trying to resolve the problem plus 4 hours of driving. First time I have ever refused a load.

unfortunautly due to a local shipment heading to VA canceling at the last minute I was unable to meet the customers needs. I am sure that he will agree that I did contact him when he accepted my bid in a timely manner and that I informed him of the cancellation as soon as I was aware of the situation. Sorry again for the inconvienience and I hope to do some business with you in the future.

I had a great experience with this shipper. He resonded within an hour of me accepting his bid. He picked up the goods within two days of bid acceptance and I had them 2 days later. He is very responsive and a pleasure to do business with.

My vehicle was delivered well within the agreed upon time frames. There was no damage to the shipment en route. My providers remained in communication with the shipper and shipment receiver during their travel, calling a few hours prior to delivery, and again 30 minutes prior to destination arrival. They were polite, and courteous, answering all questions during loading/and off-loading. I highly recommend them for use and will utilize them again for future services.
