Communication could have been better, with a three or four day delay in delivery, and no call. Car was delivered to destination, for a very reasonably price.

as u know their was a snow storm where your car was and all phone and electric was down
thats why was difficolt to work at that time

I'd use again due to price. Only negatives, had to drive car to carrier and walk home. That was a first! Other carriers were able to stop at residence. Overall, an acceptable experience.

Driver was unresponsive to phone calls - no voicemail available and/or he would say 'call me back tomorrow'. No response to emails. I ultimately had to cancel shipment with driver and had to find another transport firm.
