My motorcycle was shipped to me in absolute perfect condition! Dave was always courteous and helpful. He called multiple times to update me on the progress of the shipment. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Service provider was very unprofessional and showed up with absolutely no documentation or any kind of tie downs for the bike and the truck looked like a used u-haul truck. Would have made anybody suspicious. The service provider also showed up 8pm at night, way past mid afternoon as told at first.

this shipper was a tool! my feedback is 100% and the truck is one i just picked up the day before. its an 06 cube truck. sorry the stickers were not on the truck within 12hrs of buying they tie down and the 2008 ducati 1098r. ive been shipping for 10 yrs and never had a loose tool like him. Dave did a great job for me. Trailer had some tire issues on the drive up. He had two tire blowouts and had to stop and get new tires half way to his destination. Never complained and was more than accommodating. Great job! Thanks Dave!
