We quoted it for the Dims it was.We already had a piece on when we got there it would not all fit.When we got to the pickup we found out they needed unhooked.We paid out of pocket to have the tanks unhooked and loaded.We were told that we would be taken care of.The agreement was to pay uppon delv.We have not been paid yet.We left plenty of room for the original dims.Not our fault for the way it was posted. Response from xlrcinc1: All dims were listed as best estimates. A forklift was listed as required by hauler in original listing. Tried to charge for a second pick up that also could not fit, yet hauler took extra freight order from us when did not even load original order on truck. This is an unprofessional provider covering their own back hauls, and should not be give the opportunity to bid and compete with true haulers.

I don't understand the lack of stars. I was in constant communication. Pick up was scheduled and shipment wasn't ready. I clearly stated when it was to picked up and delivered and met those dates. I even accomodated a larger shipment than expected at a moments notice. Care of goods was the responsibilty of the company you purchased your tanks from, they are the ones who palletized it for you.
