For: Baby Grand Piano

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved we showed-up at agreed scheduled time, but customer would not allow piano to be loaded because he did not want piano to be on truck while making any other stops befor delivery. also additional pieces not agreed upon. he wanted us to come back on our way back through, but a mechanical failure prohibited us to be there within his timeframe.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper reported a truck failure.
Response from RHINONUTT:
we did show-up on time at his requested date and time. however, shipper would not allow his piano to be loaded because it was not going directly to the destination. we needed to make 2 other stops before delivery, which was indicated in writing to shipper. we were even willing to go back a second time on our way back, but an overnight breakdown was too much of an inconvenience for him. if your movers are there on time, and you refuse to allow them to perform your pick-up, that's on you.
