The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider did not communicate with buyer and seller, set appointments serveral times and did not show.

How can you not communicate and set appointments at the same time? We could not get the seller to accommodate our pickup schedule. On our last try on 08/24/09 the seller refused to let us pick up and hung up on us!
