Although Terry underestimated the amount of stuff to be moved and was thus only able to move the furniture and some of the boxes and tubs, he communicated well, showed up on time, was cheerful, and was all-around very good to work with. I would use him again in a New York minute. After a week, Uship still hasn't given me my deposit back, even though it's my first time working with them. Not Terry's fault, but it should be interesting to see how Uship resolves this.

It all started out with a bad experience, my bike was pushed over while sleeping and I had to ship it back to the dealer. So I looked around and found uship put an ad and within minutes I got what I needed with no problem. If I ever need to ship my bike again I will indefinantly use uship without question.
