Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services we were there and pick up place would not give to us without talking to the buyer.... we sat there for a while and then driver had other stops to go to..this is not our fault and we will be there again next week to pick up..we dont want to cancel..this is a problem between seller and buyer.. the blame is not on us..i assume he wanted us to sit there for 4 or 5 hrs on a 200 dollar shipment...until they talked..and we are unprofesional because of that..we have to stay on time with other shipments.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Totally unprofesional, didn't follow through at all! Very very dissapointed.
