Hello - I am William Nelson, Nel-Kef is based in Portland, OR. Independent driver, not a broker, 63yr old non smoker. Have driven & hauled cars, RVs, 5th wheel trailers, boats up to 42ft long, and currently haul box & horse trailers 8 mos of the year. Trailer pulls with my 2000 Volvo Semi 5th wheel hitch & bumper/50' Big Tex wedge. My Mother has owned Swan Island Marine in Portland since I was a little kid.
