The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I accepted the bid of $800 on May 26th to ship my boat trailer. I made a deposit payment of $85.20 to UShip on the same date. I called Wizeguyz on May 27th. and was told they would pick up the trailer on Thursday, May 29th. and deliver it to me on Sunday June 1st.
I called on Friday May 30th. to make sure it was on its way and was told it did not workout and would be picked up on Tuesday June 3rd.. I called on Wednesday June 4th. to make sure it was on its way again and was told that they were

Response from wizeguyz: While this customer was patient at first, he became irrate when we tried to cancel this load.His dates are inaccurate as we agreed to PU on June 5th.He called on the 4th and was told we would not be able to PU until the 10th (tues).He said he needed it sooner and we were unable to accomodate the load and cancelled so he could find another provider.What insued was 2 days of this person threatening us via email and phone and refusal to accept cancellation. My opinoin has canged, He needs help!

Shipper was great! Wonderful communication. In spite of some unforseen set backs upon pickup(trailer I bought not towable) shippers were more than happy to hold off overnight for us to resolve the problem. Will use again for next toy! Thanks Wizeguyz!

Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment.
I do not understand why this was cancelled, we had an in-depth discussion regarding what was involved, how much the boat weighed etc. Now I have lost valuable time and potential shippers. I think this a very bad precedent for a both uShip and Red Sea Solutions. I would like an absolute and total refund of all fees involved in this service.
