Rating: Cancellation Left by: 1stClass4Less (412 ) On: 9/15/2009 For: COMPLETE PEAVEY QW SERIES PA SYSTEM & LIGHTS-NO RE	After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipper seemed easy to work with, did not want to pay the price for flatbed transport so picked the cheaper option to have trailer towed, did not know much about his shipment, asked me to call the sender, I did and that party started immediately disrespecting (can't really use words I'd like to because they would be edited out) me for not transporting on a flatbed, but offering to tow. I called the shipper and informed him that I won't work with -please fill in the blank-, which he did not like Response from winkasettie: this carrier flipped when asked for proof of insurance/bonding, apparently he though it was disrespectfull.. stated he didn't need to be bonded in oregon but the shipment had nothing to do with oregon so... he then proceeded to cuss out the person with the trailer & call me back spewing profanity as well. not sure how this carrier got so far with if this is the way he treats his customers. i've been in business for myself for over 15 years and that's just not the way you handle simple issues

YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
