I will not leave you "neutral" feedback just because you did us. We appreciate your business.You had a timeline for the pony to be out, where others had failed you, and we got her. As for the layover, there were other horses to be delivered and picked up, and yours was well taken care of.As for the hay, nothing was said about hauling you hay.My driver asked the person at pick up what they were going to do with it, and they told him they were leaving it. He asked could he have it, they said yes.

The provider re-scheduled the shipping date to this weekend and after two weeks has not responded to my e-mails/messages to confirm specific transport information and I cannot continue to delay my horse's transport.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The shipper asked for a 50% deposit via Money Order...there was no way that it would arrive prior to their departure to pick up the horses so we agreed to a Western Union which was done on Tuesday evening. Calls and emails to the shipper (all of which can be verified) went unanswered until 5:20pm today Wednesday May 9th, the horses are scheduled to be picked up tomorrow by noon. At 6:33pm this evening I received an email that her Western Union office is down and they cannot retrieve the money

The driver was very unprofessional and the horses were on the trailer for over double the anticipated travel time, and arrived 24 hrs. late w/ out sufficient communication of their location or condition. Would not recommend

Response from willowrun: We apologize for your dissatisfaction, however, our driver maintains a 55-60mph speed limit while carrying horses and it takes 2 days (1 overnight) driving time to travel WI-VA. We simply couldn't go any faster and be safe at the same time.
