No Detailed Feedback Available I will not leave you "neutral" feedback just because you did us. We appreciate your business.You had a timeline for the pony to be out, where others had failed you, and we got her. As for the layover, there were other horses to be delivered and picked up, and yours was well taken care of.As for the hay, nothing was said about hauling you hay.My driver asked the person at pick up what they were going to do with it, and they told him they were leaving it. He asked could he have it, they said yes.

No Detailed Feedback Available The driver was very unprofessional and the horses were on the trailer for over double the anticipated travel time, and arrived 24 hrs. late w/ out sufficient communication of their location or condition. Would not recommend

We apologize for your dissatisfaction, however, our driver maintains a 55-60mph speed limit while carrying horses and it takes 2 days (1 overnight) driving time to travel WI-VA. We simply couldn't go any faster and be safe at the same time.

On the positive side, pony was picked up as stated. More negatively was the fact that the driver took a 49hour layover without contacting us to infrom :-( Also, owner provided 6 bales of hay for said pony and the driver basically stole 4 of them and then offered to "sell" us the additional 4 provided by previous owner in the first place, Whaaaaaaaa???

It was 42 hours from pickup to delivery. Not a 49 hour LAYOVER. We had other pickups and deliveries. We did this haul very cheaply as a favor, to help her out, and I guess she expects us to give a direct haul. As for the hay, the pickup location had it laying there, and my driver asked what she was going to do with it, she replied "Leave it lay there" to which he asked could he have it, that being the case. She ask him to give TWO BALES to the dropoff. I don't know how that could be stealing.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hi, customer asked if we had adequate equipment and I responded by stating that our hay trailer was in repair and that we might not be able to fulfill the terms of the Match. In fact we simply were not able to accomodate this trip.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Hello, I am not sure what the problem is--I notified this Client that her trip was scheduled for this weekend and we are scheduled to pick-up her horse tomorrow, Sept. 15th before 12noon. There was no conflict or miscommunication other than Client has chosen to cancel. Will gladly refund monies paid and/or otherwise oblige. Thank you, Erin

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Hello, The last communication with this customer was over two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything else. . . this trip was to occur "ASAP" and we are now forced to cancel due to complete lack of communication.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper asked for a 50% deposit via Money Order...there was no way that it would arrive prior to their departure to pick up the horses so we agreed to a Western Union which was done on Tuesday evening. Calls and emails to the shipper (all of which can be verified) went unanswered until 5:20pm today Wednesday May 9th, the horses are scheduled to be picked up tomorrow by noon. At 6:33pm this evening I received an email that her Western Union office is down and they cannot retrieve the money
