The vehicle was delivered with the front bumper valence missing, front license plate holder missing, and had a plug in the sidewall on one of the rear tires. The vehicle was delivered at night, making it difficult to notice. Driver stated whatever could be wrong with the car is not his responsibility. Contacted Bill, he was not aware of any problems that may have occurred during transport. I was told that he would ask the driver and get back to me. He never got back to me...

Picked up truck and drove to FL. Driver states he did not hit anything but did have aplug put in one of the tires in GA. The tire was low so driver had repaired. Did not charge the customer for the repair.

Note I have no neutral or negative feedback. No cancellations except for his. The shipment was not ready as he said but instead of trying to resolve he left and sent an angry email. I tried to resolve even offered him money but he refused to return. He was a day late, rude and unprofessional. I use Uship because my frieght does not go common carrier. My drivers all know what is expected of them. I posted the wt as 900 but he thought 400. I post no help at pickup and he was not happy about t
