Shipper gave me incorrect address, correct address was 60 miles further, also shipper didnt tell me destination was closed, had to get a hotel room and had to chase down the owner of the shop to open up the next day... VERY DISSATISIFIED with shipper, tryed to contact to atleast get reimburesed the extra milage, will not return phone calls, or emails...gave shipper PLENTY of time to try and fix this problem, forced to leave negative feedback, will still try to collect my money from him.

Response from williamphillips: I arranged shipping for customer. Help provider load and gave him the information I had. There was an issue with the address and also drop off. Customer wanted during business hours and driver wanted on a holiday. There was miscommunication but load was delivered and driver paid. He did lose a day and added 60 miles to his trip.

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
Shipper refused prepayment as required in bid details, and customer refused to complete a credit application for terms. Has not responded to calls or email.

Response from williamphillips: I did accepted the wrong bid by mistake. I do not pay in advance. I pay on delivery. Taken too many times by people that can not complete the job.
