I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have e-mailed this company and made several calls and left messages for them also e-mailed the release documents for the vehicle as well, I have only been able to reach one person after several attempts Wed 6/27/12 who told me they received no messages and that they would call the seller 6/27/12 one day prior to pick up and that the vehicle would be picked up today 6/28/12. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried numerous times to reach out to the willhaulit, but was not successful. The one time he responded, he promised to get back to me and never did.
Response from willhaulit:
The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it No pick up or delivery information was ever given to WILL HAUL IT LLC. We can not pick up/deliver the vehicle if we do not know where it is. Uship is complicit as is the customer in this inaccurate cancellation.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I needed a vehicle picked up in a specific window of time, and the Service Provider was not able to pick it up in time. The shipment now has to wait for another opportunity.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The buyer/recipient of the vehicle has not heard from the shipper and no longer wants to pursue the transaction. He feels that facilitating shipping is part of the service I should offer to him and I have failed. As a result, I must cancel this shipment after multiple failures to return calls to buyer and delays on scheduled pickup for the past three days.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Today is day 10 since I booked this shippment. The shipper has NEVER called me. Last week they did answer my calls, and told me the cars would be picked up Tuesday. On Tuesday I called them again, and was told they would call me back with the pick up info....they never called. Now they don't answer their phone, nor do they responde to the messages that I have left. We need to be in Mich, with our cars Monday AM, so we cancelled our airline reservations, and are now loading the cars to drive up t

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have spoken with someone at Will Haul It twice. Once shortly after I booked and then once last week. Last week I was told they were scheduling the vehicle for pick-up on Thursday and that they would call Rodney (the seller). I have spoken with Rodney multiple times in the last week and he has not been contacted. I have left messages daily for Will Haul It by phone and have not been able to reach anyone or recieve a call back in over a week. This is unacceptable. I need my money refunded so tha
