Worry Free service. Easier to talk with them on the phone than wait for an email reply. Quoted me 5 to 8 days for delivery and delivered in 4! Would use again.

Car was picked up and dropped off earlier than I had requested. It also has about a 6" X 6" swirl of scratches on the roof that occurred during shipment (documented on both ends with video and pictures.) It looks like something on the hauler's truck (maybe chains?) sat and chafed the car's roof for the entire 2600+ mile trip. It also had lines where something dripped on it that had to be rubbed out with scratch remover after it arrived. Still awaiting resolution as I am not satisfied.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I took care of the shipment my self.

No scheduling conflict here...we utilized the customers "Book It Now" option. Upon first contact with customer we were informed that he had already set up shipping else where.

Russell was the contact person at willhaulit, and he was very helpful and professional. He called several times to keep us posted on the transportation arrangements, and even called this morning, after he confirmed last night's delivery with the driver just to make sure everything went well. Tim, the driver, was also courteous and professional, kept us notified of his location, and delivered on time. If the need came up again, we would definitely use them again.
