The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Tim was unable to communicate or deliver or bikes. I am very upset about this situation and don't feel like going into anymore

Alex, I apologize sincerely for not being able to accommodate your shipment from Meridian,ID To Granite Falls,NC. My truck broke down in Rural Idaho on my way to your p/up point after I struck an Elk. The ONLY Mechanic option I had was a small local mechanic that honestly did his best to repair my truck, but didn't have the skill to repair my equipment. I hope you get a reliable carrier that takes care of your items in a professional manner. GOD BLESS YOU & GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SHIPMENT !
