After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
We talked to Matt after he accepted our bid. It states in our profile that we require a 50% deposit at pick up. Most of our customers do it via Money Gram at Wal Mart. Shipper was advised before acceptance that we accept cash in the Q&A on his shipment. He refused to pay with cash. We are not set up with pay pal or to accept credit cards. We don't accept checks due to getting multiple bad checks. We are not comfortable with this customer.

Response from willdeed: I do apologize for accepting the bid before everything was settled, but I was trying to accommodate the service provider as they said in the Q&A they needed to pickup within 3 days, which left very little time for bid negotiation and transport logistics. Lori was very cordial on the phone and was never unprofessional; however, there just seemed to be too many red flags (wire transfer, time crunch, etc). I am sorry they are uncomfortable with me (now that I have canceled) because of this.
