Cindi did a superb job. She transported our baby goats safely and gave them lots of attention on the trip. She communicated well and kept me up to date on their movement across the country. My goats arrived happy, clean and use to being held. I will definitely use Cindi again to transport goats, horses or dogs.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Shipper planned to pick up goats between July 10 and July 20. I was not back in town until July 9 which shipper knew. He wanted to pick up goats a week earlier, July 3, which became a problem because I was out of town and the breeders where the goats ship from were concerned about shipping the goats so much earlier given my prospective return date. I had let everyone know I would be hard to reach, and unfortunately I was, and the farm did not want to send the goats so early being unable to reac
