Barbara was beyond awesome. She communicated well, was on time for pick-up and delivery. Kept me updated along the way, etc.. Took great care of my pet pig Lucy and pretty much made what was turning into a pretty huge headache a walk in the park. I whole heartedly recommend her for ANY transport.

Very smooth shipment. Moved belongings of small studio apartment. Was very helpful with helping load my things to move from Iowa to Washington. Flexible with timing and everything was on time despite weather. Couldn't have asked for anything better, esp. at a good price.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I need my shipment insured, I asked the shipper for insurance, she could not provide it and decided to cancell my shipment. I have a time frame for my shipment and now it is getting near the delivery date and I have to start all over with my listing. I need to get my deposit back.

I provided the shipper with proof of coverage but felt this was not a good match in terms of compensation and location for my travel plans.
