A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved there is no lack of communication in my part .. load was to be pick up with in 7 days and he accepted the bid on 16th at midnight .. that will give me to the 23th or 24th to pick up his load.. he did not wasted anytime on his part because he was informed of my time frame to pick it up.... and he agree.. and when he call i always answer my phone.. i don't know why he is cancelling the transaction..after talking on the phone with him and not e

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After waiting patiently for the shipper to schedule the pick up, he eventually admitted his truck was broke down. I agreed to wait for him to get back on the road. He sent an email that said he would pick up this week (5/22) and now I get a cancellation request. I have been extremely patient with this shipper waiting nearly a month now. I didn't request a cancel as he said he would get it picked up. Then out of the blue I get a cancellation request. Very unprofessional.
