The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Javier is a complete liar!!! I talked to him the day he was suppose to leave and he said he would be able to deliver 4 days out. Starting on the 3rd day, I began calling and left messages, then the 4th day, then email on the 4th and 5th day. I finally received a message saying he was sick in the hospital with Pneumonia. Cannot believe that between the time I talked to him and a couple of hours later when he was suppose to pick up the items....he fell deathly ill that required him to go to the

Response from wheelsUnlimited: i guess he is upset because as he said "you all trucking companies want cash" we wanted cash on delivery as posted on profile , this is because we have $ 25000 of unpaid shipping bills.this is my company and i set the rules for type of payment not the costumer . you don't have to accept my bid if you don't agree with my terms.i am sorry for inconvenience but good people paid for the bad apples.

my name is Steve i had a CBR1000 leave Florida only to arrive in Indianapolis with damage the story i was told was that thieves had attempted to steal the bike. when asked about insurance Bill explained to me that the were not liable for the damages the bike sustained in their care. first company i used that didn't have insurance to cover damages to vehicle in care of transporter. but Bill in good faith said he would fix the damage parts. that was 2 months ago still no part no answer thank you

Response from wheelsUnlimited: first of all this was a salvage rebuilt bike the parts in question were already repaired by someone else . they cracked during transport because they weren't repair right the first time. then the guy at receiving en wanted new parts put in the bike at 4 times the value of repairing the old one. so bill the driver agree to fix them and that's what we are doing.we have insurance we don't want to be reap off.

I am sorry that the shipper has had a problem; however, I cannot believe that I am NOW being told that this is not deliverable. I have waited weeks for this! The shipper should have contacted me directly and let me know rather than let the pick up date pass by more than 1 week and suddenly inform me he cannot deliver. Mkes it look like an "excuse". Poor handling.

Response from wheelsUnlimited: it may look like and an excuse and i wish it was one but my trailer has over $8000 in damages,dealing with an insurance company that are dragging their feet to pay . i wish i could be making money. as for being a week late i thought i was going to bee back in the road sooner .sorry
