Had to wait for 2 hrs for someone to show up to take delivery making me loose 1 day because I could not make it in time for my next delivery .. knowing the time I was going to deliver it 6 hrs in advance..

Original bid made on 2/22/13, poor communication, called several times, ended having to email to get communication, the place of pickup kept asking me who is your shipper and was wondering if he ever was going to pickup. Had taken 2 weeks off of work for vacation and when when asked when it would arrive he did not know.. Didn't not show up first day, next day when I was already at work, I get an email, not a Phone call was told he was 6 hours out. Received shipment 3/14/13. Poor phone communicat

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After waiting patiently for the shipper to schedule the pick up, he eventually admitted his truck was broke down. I agreed to wait for him to get back on the road. He sent an email that said he would pick up this week (5/22) and now I get a cancellation request. I have been extremely patient with this shipper waiting nearly a month now. I didn't request a cancel as he said he would get it picked up. Then out of the blue I get a cancellation request. Very unprofessional.
