A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved did notunderstand terms of book it now and that my dog would be moving from state to state til she gets to destination. did not agree with the time frame that she would be gone for 6 days in the care of a stranger.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped this was a MISUNDERASTIND, i was only loooking for estimates. I am being harresed and demand money for no service in which i did not intend or agreed on.

This customer was unaware of how uShip and "Book it Now" works. She was only looking for shipping estimates on a dog that she hadn't even purchased yet. When we contacted her she told us that she didn't need us. There were heated words when she didn't believe that we would be charged a "Book it Now" fee but we told her that we would resolve the issue. This is the first time we've had a cancellation and with the help of uShip Support everything has worked out. Jim and Tamara
