Jim was very cordial, professional and top notch. Pick-up and drop off of my plasma tv went smooth and timely. He took extra precaution to the safe delivery and transport of this sensitive item. He went above and beyond the call of duty by meeting my special requests and requirements, and the customer was also very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Jim, and will use him in the future again when the opportunity permits. Great job, very satisfied!

Sir you wern't ready for me at time of drop off,so I had to divert to Barrington,.. the other side of Chicago. you do that on a Friday evening, and get anywhere in time. Some people ya just cant please.

Jim (and his son David!) were a pleasure to work with. Communicaion was excellent and Jim kept myself and my mother in contact all the time. My dogs arrived ahead of schedule and were obviously well taken care of. I will not hesitate to recommend Jim and/or Uship.
