We tried two seperate times to make pickup. Client knew about steep graded hill and never mentiuned it. When we called to inform Amy we couldn't make pickup the verbal abuse started. PLEASE AVOID

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I discussed w/management/U-ship - They are benind me.Shipper bid after I said it HAD to be picked up Sat.(see my listing)He told my sofa/seller he was behind but would be there Monday 10 SHARP! The gal took off work to meet him - tried to reach him the night before to confirm-never answered. Called the day of P.U and said another delay. Then calls me LATE tuesday to say his truck is too big. I had NO idea about pick-up- this is HIS job. I own 3 comapnies-dealw/shippers - this one stay away

What can I say, there is no way I could make this customer happy. Yes we were late getting there, but we had contact with the seller all the way. The only reason we were late was becuase of a medical emergency with our driver. He had a metal sliver in his eye that needed to be removed by a specialist. Seller was informed and helped us out bigtime. Our only real problem was the road to the storage unit, it had a 9% grade and our trailer couldn't get up without dragging. Box truck needed!Good Day
