Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment I do not understand why this was cancelled, we had an in-depth discussion regarding what was involved, how much the boat weighed etc. Now I have lost valuable time and potential shippers. I think this a very bad precedent for a both uShip and Red Sea Solutions. I would like an absolute and total refund of all fees involved in this service.

Outstanding! Duane did an absolutely exceptional job. He showed up on time with great communication before, during and at the completion of the trip. He helped fix a broken trailer light without hesitation and drove so fast across country that he was a day ahead of forecast (he gave warning of this fortunate event to as to not surprise!) Couldn't have been happier and I highly recommend Duane! He's a professional with a professional grade towing vehicle.
