After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
We will not service this customer after the rude remarks and bitter temper. We explained that it takes us time for this particular delivery and even offered to cancel a month ago because we were not able to accommodate this shipment. Customer's husband insist that we go ahead when we can. The wife was not as nice and for this reason we are cancelling. Have a good day.

truck and driver have left the area before i receive the accepted bid. Driver was unable to return to location because of distance he had driven.
