A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The shipper had a family emergency that caused a delay beyond the date I needed the item. He communicated with me in reasonable time and offered a later delivery if I wanted it. I had no problems in dealing with him and he was responsive to emails and calls during the whole process.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
the service provider wasnt able to fit the cars on his trailer,he was a big help in checking the situation out i would recoomend him he is honest and will use him in the future.I need to move the item myself,please refund my deposit.
