Professional. Weshipamerica were able to collect the shipment at short notice using a 3rd party carrier to deliver door-to-door. They did not make adequate preparations for dealing with UK customs so the delivery was a day late, but throughout the process they were checking on the delivery, communicating with the intended recpient and responsive to my questions.

Provider went out of their way to accomodate this shipment and all it entailed. They stayed in communication all the way (even all through a holiday weekend) and was very professional in their duties - yet very personable to deal with. Everything delivered on time and in good shape. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Delivery was in acceptable condition and on time. Coordination was cumbersome--WAY too much communication required. End point deliverer refused to deliver inside--I had to handle that myself outside the system.

We are glad the items were received, just wish we could have been of more help. Our communication process is quite simple, however sender did not have a cell phone making his time specific coordination a bit difficult, and requiring us to involve multiple people. We are happy to work with you anytime, as it has been a positive experience.
