Let me start out by saying that WeShip had excellent communication throughout this process (my first time shipping). However, the problem came in with the carrier-Roadway Express. There were a number of problems such as the driver not knowing I had 40 boxes (he thought I had 1), not hearing from them that my shipment arrived until they were at my storage unit, and worst of all, the amount of damage to my boxes. Their attitude was that they promised delivery only. Terrible service from them.

Response from weshipamerica: Your shipment was picked up all at once(no matter how many boxes the driver thought you had), and delivered on time. Your items arrived in great shape, as it was only the packing material and boxes that were not in perfect order. Paper boxes are meant to protect your items, which they did. Finally, the driver alerted you when he was at the delivery location. Just like when you receive a delivery from fed ex or ups, the driver does not call you when he is 2 hours away. Extremely professional and friendly, VERY low price, clear and quick communication. There were a few problems with the end delivery, none the fault of "weshipamerica", which they helped me to resolve in a positive manner. Recommend highly and will certainly use again if needed.

The member was very pleasant and communicable, however, the shipping company they hired to do our move, was quite horrible. Communication was poor, pick up was difficult, delivery was just plain wrong, and our appliances were completely destroyed when they finally arrived. We're still waiting for compensation from the shipper, but the Uship member has been fairly empathetic and helpful throughout filing the claim. Hopefully they will not use this particular shipper in the future!

Response from weshipamerica: The shipper received poor service from one of our carriers. In addition to ensuring we never use them again, we had our agent assist with the insurance claim. The shipper will receive a full refund from the carrier. These rare situations occur, and if they do we are here to insure proper handling of the situation.
