Bo was awesome. He has a really great "make sure the customer is happy" mentality. He kept in communication with me, was polite and courteous, and was just as concerned that my huge package arrived at its destination in pristine condition, as I was. He happily kept his promise of 'white glove service'. He worked up a sweat getting my huge box down the stairs and into his truck, and delivered it right on time. The experience was even better than I expected. You can't go wrong here. Use him.
