Rating: Cancellation Left by: scottgable (0) On: 8/21/2009 For: Bedroom rurniture (Two pickup locations)	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it after i spoke with the shipper she stated she had more stuff to move and to two seperate locations but we worked that out and she didnt want to giv me the # to the pickup she wanted to coordinate and i told her that my driver would have to contact them for time of pickup and she wanted his # to coordinate with him and she was told she could talk to me i was the owner after she called me six time in one day i told her we were all working. i couldnt stop on the rd to fax insurance she gave me a wr Response from wellek: Most of scottgable's response/feedback is false/misleading--a theme in our communication post booking. DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON WAL-MART MONEYGRAM (I did)! Canceled KNOWING I would almost certainly lose $250 'fuel deposit' and am VERY VERY relieved to have done so. Learned my lesson :-(

It was fun being able to track him real time via GPS, and he was always available via phone / kept me well updated on delivery timeframe. Everything was wrapped wonderfully and showed up in great condition. Highly recommend. (Happy to speak in person if you'd like a reference)

He took enormous care in wrapping antique items, and even held them for me because I was out of town during original delivery timeframe. He told me he would arrive today at 4:00 and was within minutes of scheduled time - wow! Wholeheartedly recommend and am happy to speak in person to anyone who wishes a reference. A+++
Rating: Cancellation Left for: scottgable (0) On: 8/21/2009 For: Bedroom rurniture (Two pickup locations)	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After booking and speaking with the shipping coordinator (Scott Gable), I (stupidly) provided a fuel deposit via Moneygram which was picked up by his driver in transit (ostensibly his brother Tim Gable). Scott subsequently did not provide proof of insurance after repeated requests and only provided direct number for Tim after multiple requests. It turned out to be a prepaid cell number with a voicemail message for an insurance company. Requests to Scott about location in transit and pickup da Response from scottgable: this lady is crazy she lied about how much stuff she had and then it had to go to 2 differant states. she wanted to talk to my driver and was told she would have to deal directly with me im the owner she requested my insurance info and when i stopped that night to fax it she gave the wrong # and i didnt get a good one for two days and was on the rd and couldnt stop to take the time right then but told her she would get it asas and what kind of cell phones my drivers have does not concern her nut
