9/27/2006	Service Provider	Negative	rjm1 (2)	This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a shipper. Trent would never answer his phone, he would never return any calls. He misrepresented himself and his "supposed" five trucks. He said he would pick up the shipment on Thurs Sept 14th. On Sept 24th he said it would be Oct 1st before he could get it. Trent cost me $260 storage fees with his lies and empty promises. I would encourage anyone not to use this shipper. I also offered to pay the first few days of storage fees but he would never give me or my drivers any a pick up place. Then as the days went on the storage went up I told him I was not paying for all that storage because he wouldnt give us a pickup location.You cant work with everyone. We put customers first and he just wouldnt work with use.
