We are not new to U-ship, towing, hauling or customer service, but we are working hard to get our feet back in the door after a 5 year break to take care of a sick family member and try our hand at another venture, only to miss being out on the road and meeting so many people on a daily basis. I have 35+ years of experience with customer service in the retail business as a supervisor. Your thinking " How does that have anything to do with shipping?" I have learned over the years that excellent, honest customer service goes a long way in determining whether or not you retain a customers trust, loyalty and friendship or you cause someone to ruin your business and reputation. So with that being the case, we will work hard to earn your trust 1st ; friendship 2nd and finally your loyalty so that you may call on us again.
