Firma war nicht erreichbar. Auf telefonische Anrufe und E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Lieferung erfolgte nach wochenlanger Verzögerung. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Preis: TOP Schnelligkeit: TOP Verläßlichkeit: TOP Flexibilität: auf Terminänderungen wurde nicht eingegangen - was mir aber im Nachhinein auch nichts ausgemacht hat. Kommunikation: könnte besser sein, da die Abholung erst 30 Minuten vorher angekündigt wurde. Manche Firmen haben dann leider das gute Stück ganz hinten im Lager eingeschlichtet und machen eigentlich um 18.00 Uhr zu. Zustellung hat aber dann reibungsfrei geklappt. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Verständigung war schlecht (unzureichend), Aber Transport war absolut profimäßig. Ein Extralob an den Fahrer, der die Vitrine alleine abladen mußte.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hallo Herr Hecker, die Firma Wegtransporte hat trotz mehrfacher Bitte um Einhaltung des vereinbarten Liefertermins den Fahrradträger ca. eine Woche später geliefert. Ich müsste deshalb meinen geplanten Urlaub stornieren, wodurch ich bereits einen Schaden in Höhe von 250.- Euro hatte. Ich hatte Herrn Wegner mehrfach angeschrieben und auf die Einhaltung des Termins hingewiesen. Telefonisch war Herr Wegner nie zu erreichen! Sollte Herr Wegner weiterhin auf Bezahlung der Transportkosten besteh

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Am 26.07.12 wurde die neu restaurierte Vespa bei mir abgeholt. Bis heute wurde die Vespa nicht beim Empfänger ausgeliefert obwohl der Termin bis 5 Tage nach abholung garantiert war. Inzwischen wurden mehrere Liefertermine nicht eingehalten. Der Käufer ist vom Kauf zurück getreten und möchte die Vespa nicht mehr haben, da sich die Lieferung jetzt schon fast 5 Wochen hinzieht. Der Spediteur ist telefonisch seit fast 3 Wochen nicht erreichbar und ruft nicht zurück, am Freitag den 24.8.12 habe ich m

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Der Auftrag wurde am 02.08. erteilt. In seinem Angebot bot der Spediteur Abholung am 03.08. und LIeferun am 11.08. an. Ich konnte zu keiner Tageszeit den Spediteur unter der angegebenen Nummer erreichen. Auf mittlerweile 4 emails kam keine Reaktion. Der Absender der Ware ist verärgert. Das Verhalten des Spediteurs ist für mcih geschäftsschädigend. Ein derart unzerverlässiger Kontakt, der weder telefonisch, noch emails antwortet, hat im Internet nichts zu suchen!
