The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services In their bid, the service provider stated "Service Provider will pick up within 5 days of booking". Since they have not met this obligation, I can not count on them to deliver the unit in a timely manner. Additionally, communication was lacking, I emailed them right after booking asking them to contact me. After not hearing anything for a day I called them and the provider reiterated that they have "trucks in the area every 3-4 days". After 2 more days and not hearing anything from them, I
