Shipper was unable to accomidate whole load. Didn't not read Ad. Reached partial payment deal, but wasn't easy. Large furniture improperly packed. Floor lamps were crushed, due to load shifting. Friendly person. Uses Free Bio-Fuel for Transport. Could be a more accurate scheduler. I'm sure he's better with horses.

Very sorry for miscalculating load was able to deliver 85% of load at 30% discount, lamps damaged prior to our trip they would not even stand by themselfs when we brouught them out of storage units. We found ourselfs in a situation of trying to cleanup another moving companys inhability to fulfill their contract and relying on 3 party info. A learning experience for us . Jerry Pino @ WEDIG4U

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I wanted the $92 quote and the $150 quote popped up when I made the deposit.
Give me the $92 guy or cancel the $20 deposit>

This was my first time buying a horse from out of state. I was a "nervous mom" about having my little 6 month old filly transported such a distance. Jerry was great!!! The communication was outstanding. I was never left in the dark. My little baby arrived safe and sound and seemed to have really enjoyed her first time in a trailer. Jerry is terrific. He is professional and caring. If I ever have to transport again I will go through Jerry. I highly recommend him. Thanks a million Jerry!!

Your filly was a little bit western when we started for home but she settled down right away and by the 3rd day she would walk right into the trailer and hauled just fine thanks for the positive feedback look forward to seeing you all on the next trip to Vegas. Jerry

Jerry was exceptionally great! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. He bent over backwards to ensure my horse was safe and comfortable the entire trip. Myself as well as my friend where my horse was is very picky about who we put our horses in the care of and Jerry fit the bill to the "T" without question. Thanks so much for bringing our boy back home to us!

Jerry hauled my horse from Reno, NV to Redmond, WA. His service was excellent. He kept in contact the whole time and when he arrived my horse looked great and was happy. I would use Jerry again and think he is a great chocie for anyone else. THANKS JERRY!
