The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
The shipper contracted us to ship this boat which he evidently had not purchased yet. It was my understanding we were going to ship the one he did buy elsewhere but the shipper could not provide the boat a trailer as originally listed in matched shipment. I am certain this was not intentional but I can not accept the tarnish on my record and I lost money as a result of this situation.

this shipper made a listing claiming that he owned this item,when in fact he didnt.he never owned it.so now at my expence he wants to cancel,leaving me with a strike against me for his dishonesty.i would have NEVER made a deal with him to move it had he been honest and upfront about it.this here is why i believe their is an injustice when a cancelation can count against me.I shouldnt be held liable for someone who flat out lies about their shipment.This guy not only shouldnt get his deposit back
