The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
The truck was a 1 ton and only conveyed it was a Dually 1 ton upon accptance. Also it was a crew cab, not a reg cab, also realized once the vehicle was picked up-Wasn't discosed prior to. I should have asked more questions. Next time I will.

Service provider was informed by phone of exact dimensions of vehicle prior to acceptance of bid. He picked up vehicle and DROVE it 30 miles to his trailer at his wharehouse and THEN informed me that he was unable to carry the vehicle on his trailer on the evening he was supposed to deliver the vehicle! At this point vehicle is still in his possession and I am stuck trying to find someone else to pick up/coordinate with James to get this truck to Me! He then called me when he arrived here in to

Can’t speak highly enough of Dan--very accommodating and conscientious, and just an all around good guy! He was responsive to inquiries, consistent with updates and follow through, and delivered my new dogs in the timeframe promised. It was a long trip, but my buddies arrived in great shape and not stressed at all. Clearly Dan had taken excellent care of them, which meant a lot to me. If you want to rest easy and have peace of mind with your shipment, definitely go with WCC Transport.
