A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved
The seller has been totally unresponsive to both myself and the buyer, one delay or excuse after another. At this writing, I have been sitting in the parking lot for 7 1/2 hours waiting on him to show up in order to load the items, this after scheduling a pickup yesterday evening, then delaying it, giving me a wrong address..the list goes on. We(the buyer and I) are seriously wondering if he even has the items he sold!!

Howard, I believe, did everything humanly possible to make this job happen. He made himself available for 48 hours and we could not complete a meeting with the seller. Howard was completely professional and patient beyond what anyone could have expected. He communicated with me regularly and tried as hard as I did to make the pickup happen. I would call on him again without hesitation, and hope for a better situation for both of us.

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period
This pickup was setup the day before for 10am the next morning your seller called me at 10pm to change pickup to 1pm which we did. we called him 1 hour before arrival to advise him and he did not return phone till we were 5 min from pickup location and advised us the he had a meeting and could not get to location for another 2 hours at which point we contacted you and advised you of the situation. I am still waiting as of today for call from your seller as he said he would call us back.

Its unfortunate you did not call my cell number that I provided for this booking (the same number you and I had spoken on before). The number you called was my office (which I can only assume you got from my email signature since it isn't on my uShip profile) and since it was Saturday, I wasn't there. I did finally get the message Monday. I was in touch with the seller during the time you left the message at my office, and if we'd spoken then I could have helped facilitate getting you together.

the seller on this is a stone flake, absolutively unresponsive. had me waiting 2 days to pick up, between changing pick up times, places, wrong addresses, then sitting in a parking lot for 8 1/2 hours...a no show!

The scheduled pickup was not completed and another attempt cannot be scheduled at this point. Provider reported to me that he did not proceed to the pickup location because my seller did not return his call. Unfortunately, the provider did not report this to me until after the fact, so I had no opportunity to intervene and help resolve the matter while the pickup could have still been made. Unfortunately, my seller and the provider's schedule cannot be reconciled for a second attempt. So I

First of I called you Sat 1pm and advised you that seller was not able to get to pickup location for another 2 hours after the night before he contacted me at 10pm and changed pickup from 11am to 1pm which I agreed to. at 1pm I advised you that we would go to our other pickup location and get this one on the way back to Miami contacted seller and he agreed. when we called him back he never answered our call and I was not going to wait any longer .
