For: Bedroom armoire Minneapolis to New York City

Communication was horrible. WHen it was a week late, I'd call for updates. They had no idea why it was late. They then blamed ME for the delay, claiming that "I had not answered 3 calls to schedule the drop." FALSE: I had not rec'd a single call. When I told them this, they said "Oops, you're right, wrong customer. We're thinking of someone else. Your shipment had been mis-routed to New Orleans."(I'm in NYC). Jason at transsys did what he could, but right hand and left hand don't communicate
Response from TransitSystems:
The customer was provided with information about someone else's shipment in error, yes - regretfully, we were given bad information by our carrier. The customer's order NEVER was misrouted to New Orleans, so it would seem that mistakes must be contagious.
