A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have waited for exactly half a year to the day, and yet the service provider is still unable or unwilling to establish a date to complete this shipment. Communication which was good when booking this listing is now almost impossible. I no longer have patience for, or confidence in, this way of doing business.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider is not returning phone calls or e-mail messages. They said they would pick-up within 35 days of booking and did not. They also requested a 50% deposit upon booking which I provided and now they will not return my messages.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider was very difficult to contact after deposit was submitted. No phone messages and only two emails were returned. Email from Gary on JAN 8 stated, "At this point we would be safe to look at betwen 2/4 & 2/8 pick up." On February 11 emailed again and was told that, "If your transport has a solid deadline within the next 30 days then you will need to return to uship and initiate a cancellation and re-list."

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After inital contact, this provider never returned repeated telephone calls or emails over a 30 day period. He asked for a 50% deposit which I paid via pay pal. I subsquently backed out payment via credit card. He is completley unreliable and unprofessional. This shipment wound up costing double what he quoted. I will never use U Ship again as they do not screen providers

Bid was accepted on December 8th, terms where within 35 days. Around 9th of January I called him and he was full of excusses and promised to email me a tentative schedule. Did not hear from him so I followed up with a request by email on January 12th. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider accepted the job on Jan 6 and paid half of the final price as a deposit ($1,390) via PayPal as agreed by email. Phone calls went unreturned for a week until I received an email on Jan 15 explaining that they had run into complications with a job and lost their cell phone but would be in touch soon. By Jan 22 I had never spoken directly with them and never received any scheduling information and still have not received a phone call. At this point it seems prudent to cancel
