I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment CUSTOMER ,NEVER SIGNED L3 SHIPPING DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO US SCHEDULEING A TRUCK FOR PICKUP .NO ITEMS ARE EVER PICKED UP BEFORE CONTRACTS ARE SIGNED .CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT RECIEVE REFUND FROM USHIP DUE TO LACK OF PUNCTALLITY ON HIS PART.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time L3 accepted the bid (that had specific pick up dates clearly listed in the bid description) but they NEVER called me. L3 NEVER faxed or emailed any shipping documents. I had to initiate EVERY communication. I left them with valid numbers to call (with voice mail message option) and/or fax. I also gave them my email address. They NEVER emailed or faxed any documents. They NEVER called me. Made several attempts to call them AND left messages asking them to call me but they NEVER did.
