The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Provider failed to show up, failed to return an $1,800.00 deposit and failed to attempt to rebook the load. This is becoming common with the U-Ship network of brokers. This network has cost me a substantial amount of money as this is the second dropped load of three arranged by U-Ship. Too, the day after we accepted this providers offer and wired a 50% deposit, U-Ship notified me that they terminated the providers account and that I was on my own. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE
