The shipment was well secured during transport and he went the extra mile ensure timely delivery. He was well equipped for loading/unloading heavy items. I would definitely use Greyhound again. Response from Greyhound: A fairly nice person. However, despite the quality service which Ms. Westerby, by her own admission received, she had to be reminded to pay her bill. Very slow to pay, so I would recommend that any person shipping for this person get their money in advance.
