The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it After speaking with the customer, he informed us the bike did not roll and was in many pieces. There is no way for us to load this bike.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled
Response from FederalMotorcycles:
If the bike will not roll onto the lift gate of our trucks, the customer will need to have it loaded from a dock where a fork lift is available. The customer did not have a place where we could pick this up from that provided this service.
