They tried to demand that I wire a 1/2 down payment before item was delivered- even though there was no mention of this when they made their bid offer. The furniture did make it all the way from LA to NYC though.

The shipment arrived in good condition. However, the service provider had said he would contact me 24 hours before delivery. This contact was not made. Also, the delivery was made at midnight due to traffic. This was inconvenient for the recipients. Mark was pleasant to work with but I was disappointed with the delivery time.

Response from volvostate: Thank you for your feed back. i gave the call 24 hours before drop off. i was talking to your brother and his wife, alsaw i talk to his daughter. please call them and ask about that. and don't say that i didn't give a call 24 hours before drop off.
about delivery time you right it was in midnight, but i ask young lady if it's gonna be fine if will drop it at this time. anyway it was just 1 item and didn't took more than 5 minutes to unpack it and sign all the paper work.
