I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period I accepted the Book it Now amount, and then immediately contacted the shipper. After 3 days, and no response, I emailed him again, and then the next day phoned and left a message asking if he would please contact me and let me know if my services were still needed, and after almost a week, still no response whatsoever, so I officially ask for a Cancellation, and an immediate refund of the deposit paid in advance.
